you need a box (i can't for the life of me remember what it's called right now) that your speaker wires plug into, and it converts it to the +5 pre-amp signal. wire the 12v+ and ground as you normally would, and run the remote lead to any power lead that is only on when the key is on.

you can set subs to your factory radio but you'll need a line out converter for that and you wouldnt be able to control the bass of the subs through the radio. if you really know waht you're doing you can do it yourself but i recommend taking it somewhere professional. also since you have premuim sound system in it you may need another part for it. i forget what its called but i used to work at best buy in the car audio section and they sold it. not sure if a best buy near you would have to right part or not, but i recommend taking it to best buy and having them install it. installation may be expensive though. hoped this kind of helped ya
