Audi 90 12v V6 valve tick, need help!
My Audi was overdue for a new timing belt, and since I'm pretty good mechanically I decided to do it myself. I ordered the timing bar and top dead center locking pin from audi to make sure it was timed correctly. When I started the car, I heard a nasty tick from the passenger side head. I figured I bent a valve so I took the heads off and took all the valves out.
The problems is that all the valves don't seem bent. In fact, they look perfect. None of the guides are bent, the cams look fine. I'm at a loss as to what could be causing this tick. The car was running perfectly smooth before I took it apart and now it sound awful.
Any Suggestions? Any sensors I could have left undone? Just FYI, I took the intake off too to do the valley pan gasket.
PLEASE HELP I MISS MY AUDI
