ive done my passenger axle 3 times. now its fine.. 2 tims were faulty cv joints. the second time the inner joint snapped on a quick take off. yesterday i finally did the driver side axle. at first it seemed fine, and i did it right before any one says did you do it right. i torqued the 6 bolts to 70nm 52 ftlb's, and the hub bolt at 190 and 90 degree turn, and now on the second day when i turn all the way to either side. you hear a grand old clicking noise, that i thought putting in a new axle would fix.
i replaced both tie rods
both axles are brand new
wheel bearings are new
sway bar and links are also new
im thinkings if its only when the wheel is all the way in either direction its the loudest mayve its in the rack n pinion, but clicking??, always responds in cv so any help would be great thanks.
