Abs/ EDL kicking in at 5-10mph
Hey guys, About a week ago I was playing around a snowy parking lot in my '96 c4 A6 quattro. Probably not the best Idea in the first place but I couldn't resist doing a few donuts and power slides in the snow. Immediately after doing this the brakes felt toasty so I stopped and went inside to go to work. On the way out of the parking lot later that night to go home, I braked at the stop sign and the abs kicked in even though I wasn't going nearly fast enough to lock up the wheels and I could here the motor running for a few seconds after ward.
Well After experiencing this every time I come to a stop I started testing out stuff and found that it only happens between 10 and 5 mph exactly (when looking at the speedo). I also discovered that it happens when I stop and when I start out(the lights flicker and I can hear the EDL motor) so It happens when passing 5 to 10mph and 10 to 5mph, "it happens" being I can hear the differential motor kicking in and If I put my foot on the breaks It feels like the abs.
Apart from this the abs and electronic differential lock system seem to be working fine with normal use so it seems.
I would appreciate any help or advise.
