ABS brakes activating at slow speeds

Default ABS brakes activating at slow speeds

hey guys, i just picked up my first audi about a week ago and just recently i've been noticing the ABS breaks are being activated at very slow speeds like when I'm parking and stuff. it doesn't do it all the time, but can anyone help me with this?

One of the wheel speed sensors is not working correctly. Make sure none of the sensors or cables is loose. If they look OK, you'll need to hook it up to a diag tester to check which one.

Sounds like you have a dirty ABS sensor. Had a similar problem after having an axel replaced.
You will need to pull each wheel off, the abs sensor is a plug that goes into the hub, they sort of pull out. I sprayed a rag with wd-40 cleaned off the sensor and the hole and have not had the problem again.

yea i was researching it and sounded like the sensors probably just need cleaning. i'll try it out. thanks for the help
