A4 B7 running very rough, misfire, oil on spark plugs
#11
It's still running rough. At least when in idle. I didn't drive it today. I'm planning on getting some ethanol free 93 tomorrow and adding the injector cleaning solution. Running in idle it still sounds like I have a misfire. The exhaust is pretty choppy and it's still pretty rough. Definitely improved though.

I drove it for maybe 2 miles. It was in a hilly and winding area so I never got it over 40mph. Definitely improved since the last time I drove it (beginning of this post) as I could actually get up to 40, but still very rough. I didn't see any improvement after this drive in it's idle compared to yesterday. The good news is I'm still only getting a code for cylinder 3 and nothing else. I'm concerned running it much longer might damage my catalytic converter and I really don't want to have to replace that. Does it sound like the injector should be my next plan of attack?

Sorry, I meant injector. There is also an injector repair kit. I'm ordering both and if it just needs the kit I'll return the injector.
