A3 mpg
Hey guys
Recently bought a 2011 a3 tdi as a commuter. Was told they get about 40+mpg highway. Just got through my first week and filled the tank again, 340miles and 11 gallons. That’s about 31mpg. Most of my driving is highway, about 10 miles or so of city at the end. But that’s not even the “34mpg combined” that I read about.
Any ideas why this could be? Should I look into a tune up?
Now I did put 19” S3 wheels on it after purchasing, but I can’t imagine that a 2” wheel difference would affect the mileage that much.
