Default 2010 with CEL/TPMS/Gearbox malfunction causing it to go in limp mode at random times

Hi all!

I am the proud owner of a new to me S4. It was a car well loved by a friend of mine who was ready to move on to a new adventure with 4 wheels and the timing was right, so I jumped on it. This is my first newer/fancy car, as I am used to more spartan means of 4 wheeled transportation without really much in the way of creature comforts. This particular car I bought has had plenty of goodies added but was not abused.

Prior to buying it, my friend had an issue pop up once where the CEL, TPMS, and gearbox malfunction limited ect. come up and wouldn't allow him to put the car in gear either reverse or drive. He was able to mitigate this by replacing the battery which he believed ended up being the culprit. Once he changed the bad battery for a good one it didn't complain again.

Till a few days after I was finally able to get it on the road a few months later. The rona caused all the dmv's to close in my area for a month or so and I found an alternative way to get it on the road. What a pain. Anyway, this problem does not seem to be able to be specifically manipulated to occur but rather does it when it is the least convenient. It will trip these warnings and cause me to have to coast to the shoulder or it can happen when I am just idling in the parking lot or my garage. Once this occurs, I have experienced one of two ways to appease my temperamental toy. I have to either call for a friend to come with jumper cables and let it charge with the car off for a bit and then it comes back to life or in once instance where naturally I am showing it to a friend get a couple miles from my house and decide that it is a perfect time to be stubborn. So in that case I left my friend with the car idling and walked back to the house since there was no signal and got my truck to jump it. By the time I had gotten back though if I remember right I didn't have to jump it. When it does what it does the S blinks and the R blinks if I try that. N and P do not. Once it is happy the TPMS and Gearbox malfunction goes away and they remain solid. Sometimes the cel stays on sometimes it does not after restarting it.

Other things I have noticed about it are like tonight I was checking out the software on my laptop while I was hooked up and it did it. I noticed the vibration of the engine idle changed slightly when it had a fit. Sometimes it will also not want to crank more than a few times when you just bump the key rather than pushing and holding it which it will still start that way. I have installed a battery tender in the mean time and everything is tight as well. I watched 18, 19, 20 on the software for the Can Gateway Block I can't remember the rest of the name part and it appears things are charging appropriately as needed although I am not familiar enough with the car under normal circumstances to know what all the numbers should be. But my buddy and I are at a loss at this point and I have resorted to ordering a portable Lithium Jump pack device (once it arrives in the mail) and keeping my laptop in the car just in case when I drive it now so that I don't have to sit for an hour waiting for someone to give me a jump. The last time I got help I made it only a few feet before it tripped again and then 5 miles down the road later it did it again. Tonight I drove about 10 miles before it happened and luckily I was in my garage when it had a fit.

Any help or advice with this would really be appreciated, especially on my part because I am not familiar with these cars. It's my first non-American car and first Audi.

These are the codes it gives me with the auto scan

And I also get a P060B - Internal Control Module A/D Processing Performance from the Generic OBD2 scan on the software. When I clear the above codes the TPMS light stays on and when I restart the car it all comes back again. I have the car on the tender for the night as it was last night before I drove it today to check out to see if it was the alternator not charging to see if it has finished it's tantrum and will drive again. Sorry this is kinda long but My buddy and I have been looking around for similar instances and haven't found much and honestly too much information I believe is better than not enough.

Thank you for your time.
