Hi I'm hoping someone can help I have an 05 a4 1.8t at, a couple weeks ago I was going about 85 on the freeway when the engine just lost power and shut off now I can't get it to start,it turns over but will not start here's what I've done/checked so far pulled the ecu cover to check for water damage as I made a big mistake and forgot to put the radiator overflow tank cap back on after adding some water no signs of water damage checked fuses inside the car and under the hood they all look fine checked fuel pump to ensure it was getting power which it was checked the fuel release valve for gas it shot out also pulled the fuel line just before the fuel rail cranked it gas shot out,then pulled the spark plug cover off I did the one closest to the front bumper not sure which one it is. but it was getting spark also pulled cover off the timing belt everything looked good cranked car the crank and cam both turned. Also bought an obd2 tester no codes came up tried to reset the ecu no change I don't know what else it may be could it be the relays under the ecu ? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated I love this car and have been out in the 110 degree heat everyday for the last 2 weeks trying to figure this out somebody please help!!!

No it's in pieces now,I found that the coolant was getting into the cylinders so I'm hoping its just the head gasket and the head isn't cracked or worse the block I'm just waiting on headbolt tool to pull head off then ill know more shouldn't be much longer thanks for your reply will update as I go.
