VHT Night shade on tails

do very light coats and wait after each light coat to build up the tint to what you want. And then yaa i did i think 3-4 layers of clear and then rubbing compound and followed by stage 2 and stage 3 meguirs polish and wax. Hope it goes well for you, i had some messed up cans of vht nightshades because it wouldn't spray in a nice clean way. it would sputter and spit on 2 seperate cans so i had to be very careful when spraying.

I ended up doing 3 coats of nightshades, and 5 thin enamel clear coats over that. They turned out great. I'll get some pics up, but after getting the rims painted black, debadging, smoking the tails and side markers, the car has a whole new look.

That stuff adds like 50hp right?

Nice, get those pics up soon. It must look very clean and sleek. Good job finding the guts to go play around with the tails and not messing them up.
