Hey all, just curious is someone can guide me with the installation of my new sounds. Here's what I have so far...

Pioneer 6.5Component Speakers

I currently have an eclipse receiver. I also bought a set of Pioneer component speakers with crossover. I think the front speakers including the tweeters are currently stock, but the rears are blaupankt. Not sure also if this car had a bose system prior. How can I tell???

What I want to accomplish is have a clean setup (if possible eliminate old factory setup). I plan on running new wires to all speakers, but I'm not sure if this willaffect anything else electronically inside the car. Oh yeah, the car has an aftermarket security system.

Questions:
Preferred wire gauge to use?
Suggested amp power?
