removing child seat anchors

RE: removing child seat anchors
Why would you need to do this?
Not that I know how to do this myself, but... since those are designed to hold a child in a seat during an impact of relatively high speed, I am guessing that it will take much more than a screwdriver to remove those.
You'd probably need to get a cutting wheel or something like that to get them off.
