Default Buzz from rear speakers!! VERY ANNOYING!

Have a 2002 a4, non Bose with an aftermarket jvc head unit (I purchased the car this way) When I start the car the rear speakers (subwoofer im guessing) makes a popping sound, then there is this electrical noise coming from the rear speakers (as if standing next to a powerbox in the front yard for underground powerlines zzzzzzz) even if I turn the radio off. then when I step on the gas I hear this high pitch whining noise from the speakers(volume of that noise increases with rpm). Then when I turn on the headlights and fogs that electrical noise gets 3x as loud. anyone?
