I have been very pleased with the level of service I have received at Sewickley Car Store. Both Aaron and Matt are very knowledgeable service advisors. The technicians are well trained and very conscientious, and the parts dept is great. I cannot give them higher marks. They drive me to my office in Downtown Pittsburgh and pick me up at the end of my work day. What a great dealership.

 

I would have to agree. The Sewickley dealership is possibly the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Very classy and perfect service makes them my favorite dealership.

 

Not to be picky, but thats SW PA. Great store though. South Hills Audi is also first rate, but by all means stay far away from Day Audi (Monroeville )east of Pittsburgh. I could go on for days. Just heed the advice and if you live in and about the burgh, choose either of the others and you should be happy with your experience.

 

I own a 2003 A4 3.0 V6 Quattro. These guys missed a crack in the steering rack while the car was under warranty. That's a $2000 repair. They replaced a steering pump 11 months ago that just failed again. I will NEVER take my car back there and will NOT by another Audi.

Sewickley Audi is great. Matt is very knowledgable and will help you out anyway he can. This is the only dealer I would ever take my Audi to.
