Recently had my first and last trip to Dover Audi in New Hampshire. After forgetting and not scheduling my appointment and having to go through Service Reps that have no idea how an Audi actually works... I find out the hard way that seemingly all of their work is done by techs. They apparently save their mechanics for the brand new cars. Having known many people who used reputed Audi used part suppliers to save money while working with Dover Audi, they gave me the runaround when I didn't want to pay them over 600 dollars to disengage my stuck diff with brand new parts. I did win, however... I found they were not courteous to any degree, and still did not completely fix the problem. My quattro will now only disengage afterI slow down below 15 mph. So much for dealer maintenance.
