this is a great dealership in the NY area. very helpful in choosing the car, and great service. always washing my car when i bring it in. as for salespeople, rich cardinas is top notch.

They must be new car salesman. The used car salesperson there is absolutely horrible. She's lazy, indifferent, and careless about selling you a car. I wish I could deal with one of their new car salesman.

Picked up my 08' A3 from there... had a positive experience.
{ better than Manhattan Audi who were complete snobs & trust me - I've no trouble handling old-school NYC snobby people - but they were quite the lot. " No I'm not here to buy an R8, but I'm paying cash for my nicely appointed A3. Yes I have an expenseive zip code... " They blew an easy sale on bad phone manners and sales attitude.}
So far though - Biener Audi's been a good 'stealership' / I'll post back after my first service ... proof's in the pudding and all.
Of note - dealerships are very transient - they range from good to bad batches of employees and managers. So sadly a good dealership my go bad and then come back... proof that the owners only respond to richoet sales & maintenance income sheets. Which is too bad - it's rare to find a dealership owner - group that is passionate about the brands they work with.
