Default Bell Audi-new jersey

If anyone wants to buy an audi in NJ go to Bell Audi. i walked in and baught my 06 a3t wtih no pain involved ( and thats saying alot ) I was most happy to find that the salesman that i worked with ( adrian Tureyk) was awesome. Soo many times yu go to the dealership as an enthusiast as we all are on this site, and you end up knowing more than the salesman. Adrian was the man!!!! ( has an 01 s4, 04 m3 etc) and knows how to drive them. all in all awesome experience. ANd to make me even more happy i paid $3000 off sticker 27k!!!!! even with the sport package and open sky!!!. Pm me for more details or if you want me to give Adrian a call.

VERY BAD IDEA !

I had a very unpleasant experience at Bell, everything was going fine till they changed the service manager. I went to the service department this past March and found the service department's customer care had got up and went. The new manager refused to help with a problem I was experiencing and when I complained about him I was asked to leave and never come back. They don't have to worry about that though.

i went to bell audi at first, the guy Jamie was nice and everything but i ended up getting the car from audi of bernardsville. Bell didnt give me enough for my trade, they were wasting my time, the changed the amount they were going to give me for my trade 3 times in a period of one week. Bernardsville didnt waste my time at all they came very close to the blue book value on the first try and more than Bell offered

Stay away from Bell Audi NJ:
Manager: Vito
Service: Jamie (very arrogant, especially if you give any indication that you dont know what he is talking about
Service: Mike: OK to deal with
Sales: Extrememly friendly when selling the car with promises of all service met.

Have a certified 01.5 43K car with 1 yr warrenty left, fully maintained by Rahway. All oil changes by Bell Audi, Engine Flush at 30K. Bought car less than 2yrs ago with 20K miles Ultra Sport edition, xenon, premium sound, cold weather, bose, 17", Lowered, etc
They refused to replace tires that had less than 5K miles after bubbles appeared on side walls or the originals Apparently this is a common problem with the Pirellis on Audi. Paid $250x2 for new ones.
2 weeks ago Im driving thru Holland Tunnel coming from NYC, and the battery light comes on.... I can see all power is failing...
Im freaking out, my car will break down in Tunnel. As I get out, I feel a jolt, and all lights are flashing. I toe the car to Bell Audi as its close to home.
Suddenly Im the victim and its my fault towing to them at night and posting keys in their mail box.
They diagnose, I need new Alternator, Battery, and Timing Belt. $2800 + $330 diagnosis. Not knowing exactly what he is talking about (my first car), I have a trained mechanic (coworker)call them back to verify what was wrong. After them talking back and forth, the story changes... Now they are willing to rebuild the alternator to help out on saving costs. Jamie is less arrogant now, because he is speaking with a mechanic. I look online, and realize Audi Assured Warrenty covers me on the alternator. I call back and now they confirm they will give me the alterntor and charge just the $50 deductible.... like he is doing me a big favor. But I still must get the Timing belt changed. I refuse the belt, and battery and tell him to give me just the alternator for $50 deductible.
He calls me back and tells me the car is ready, however it wont start, the check engine light is on when they jumped the car, and there may be a problem with emmisions. They tell me I owe them, additional for more diagnosis.

My car is still sititng at the dealer...I need a lawyer. Any suggestions? I paid $23K for this car less than 2 yrs ago and they refuse to fix the Time belt despite the manual states 90K for replacement.

Im done with Audi and will spread the bad word about Rahway Bell Audi on every forum.

Incidently, I got my oil change by Bell Audi 2 months ago, they gave me a new 2006 donor. On return I left my Easy Pass in the glove compartment. Realized 2 weeks later and called to cancel. Someone drained 100$ on my EZpass and left me with -$20. I called Jamie... he told me thats its against EZpass policy to remove the tag from my car, and that even if I left it in the donor, how would anyone know it was in the car, because when u pass thru the toll, it would automatically pay. Jamie, you are an utter Moron !!! If you drove thru and it automatically paid, then thats an indication that there is a pass in the car, because you wouldnt pay twice, Dumb Fool ! ....as you can see IM angry with this dealership.
