Audi of Princeton is good if you go to the right people! Don't walk in and think there will be tons of salesmen jumping ontop of you... it is really relaxed! just walk up to the help desk and you will be set! as far as service they are not so fast but a guy named Joe (a service advisor) there will send your car to one of the better guys in the back!

Alright well I could go off... I moved here from Utah in August and we took our car in due to a leak in the windshield on the 17th of December. I figured it was from the windshield. Well all in all is when I noticed the leak the top of the headliner was very very slightly wet. Well when "Joe" took it in to one of his techs and they did the water test, and a little bit later Joe came up and told us that our headlights were not working and neither was our windshield wipers and other electronic things. We were astounded at that.[:@] When they showed us the car the whole headliner was soaked and all down the A pillar and even the whole floor mat was soaked. We were very upset because when we took it in there was no electrical problem and they gave it back to us with $600 worth of electrical repairs. Well now that its been over 3 weeks... And conversation after conversation with Dave and Joe at Princeton Audi, even the General Manager there told us it was not their fault. I called the dealership in Utah and they agreed it was not right. I even went to AudiUSA and filed a complaint. They did not give us any support and no loaner car or anything. Their communication is terrible. They won't call you and tell you how the progress on your car is, so expect to call them to find out anything. And yet after all this, they still are working on the car.. And its a 2003 A4. Its not like its an old car with many problems. I would highly recommend to stay far away from this dealership. I almost and still might have to get a lawyer involved with their terrible service. I am willing to drive to an Audi dealer in the Philadelphia area or wherever as long as I don't have to deal with their crap again. So unprofessional. If you have any questions or want to know more let me know. But as far as my advice.. don't go there! Go somewhere else unless you want to not get your car back for 3 weeks and they will put you in a Honda loaner car... Sure go there then. But everyone else there is ridiculous...

Hey just a quick update on my situation in case anybody decides they want to go there... Yah Princeton Audi has officially had our A4 for over 1 month now!!! Yah they keep saying that the car will be done on this date and then I never hear back from them. So I usually end up calling and hoping to talk to somebody but they never answer their phone and no matter if you leave messages on Dave the Service Managers voice mail or with Joe or anybody else from that ridiculous dealership you will NEVER hear back from them. Honestly we are taking our car an hour away next time to another Audi dealership next time..

Audi of Princeton? HA! What a joke! By far the worse Audi dealership in central Jersey, your better off going to Audi of Bernardsville, yet, there not far behind Princeton. Princeton told me I needed new blow off valves, new oxygen sensor, and new cat. converters....turns out all I needed was a new oxygen sensor.

Brought my 88 Cabriolet in there with service questions. I don't think they had ever seen one. So many theories being tossed about, but no knowledge of the car nor any evidence that they knew where to look for the answers.

Not very impressed with their service ability, though I have no idea how they are on new cars.

i do have to commend Princeton Audi on preparing me for prison if i ever commit a felony, because the *** rape i experianced dealing with them rivals any you would ever recieve at Rikers Island prison.
-after picking up the car for a repair on the door seal
"this is still making the noise."
"really? no you must be mistaken"
"nope. wrong. its still making the noise. you didn't fix this, did you?"
"well...no. we didn't hear anything when we drove it."
"well its very hard to hear with your head up your ***."
that entire dealership is unqualified, unprofessional, and sneaky.
if you want a legit place for your audi, j&s authaus in ewing.

I bought my audi A4 at princeton audi and a4 2002 certified preowned. I have to say that every time I go there for service or repair they find new problems, and it's curious how as soon as my car is ready the same day or the day after has some failure, now the left blinker stopped working 22 minutes after I left the car dealer. Last time my windshield, in perfect conditions before going for service, the day after a 2 foot crack showed up.
