me too. I've done about 20 miles on zero, only coz i left cash at home, when ever i fill up from empty I only ever seem to put 59 litres in and it's a 70 litre tank, I just think Audi put this on just to annoy you when you switch ignition on and BLEEEEEPPPPP

i will tell you that you keep playing "lets see how low we can go" and you be putting in a new fuel pump....... your pump also gets hot when you get that low cause there isn't enough gas to keep it submerged and it heats up and wears out

then i found out that there is 2.6 in reserve from the owners manual.

I refil at 50 miles now.

Mine holds 16.5

Last time it got to 0 I filled it up and it only took 10 gallans. My FSU is bad obviously but don't understand why the mpg calculation works. It shows 28.2 mpg average which is about right. I would think it is all tied to the level detection.

You realize that you can reset that setting as much as you want, right? I reset it every tank. When I fill up and then drive off the gas station lot, it'll read 8mpg average

It's all BS to make you paranoid.... I went doen to 30kms once according to my "computer" and my gauge still read about 1/8th of a tank. Now knowing that I have a 70 litre tank and 10 litres will usually give you 100kms, I was curious to see how much I had to fill it. Well it turns out I had around 20 litres still left in the tank. Now I know that the next time I'm n a pinch, I can hold out. The computer over compensates to get you to fill up sooner which is what you should be doing anyway. It'sbad practiceto wait until you're absolutely empty before you fill it up.

Working for an Audi Dealership, there are many time that I do not feel like getting gas. You have approx 15 miles after it reaches the 0mi.
