Unhappy Someone Please Help Me?!

It's starting to get cold here.. and my car is letting me know. I have a 1990 Audi V8 Quattro by the way. So.. one day I went outside to go to work and I turned the key.. and it make a dying sound and than a clicking sound constantly as I tried turning it.

I jumped my car and it started up right away. I was told to try and get a new battery so I did. Everything was working fine until today. I went outside to start the car and the same thing happened... dying sound and than the clicking. I have it hooked up to a battery charger right now. Does anyone have ANY idea what is going on? Maybe a loose wire on the starter?

Thanks so much!!

you might have a power drain in the car somewhere, take it to autozone or someplace, they can test the system for powerdrains, your starter, alternator, and battery. or if you have CAA, or part of an auto assositation (road side service) call them up, they are suppose to check those things when they come to boost your car.
