Default Shifter bushings

My 5000 S Quattro has a loose feeling in the shifter. It has a bit of free play. I always find the gears but I would like to make it more precise. where can I get the bushings, and dose anyone have recomendations as how to replace them? Also especially when the car is cold it is hard to get in gear, and seems to be quite notchy. how often should the trans mount be replaced, and would this cause the problem. all diffs and the trans has Kendal Synthetic fluids of the rite viscositys, and have been changed in the past 2,000 miles. would new shifter bushings and trans mounts make this better? any help would be appriciated.

it definatly would not hurt to change all that ... and warm up the car before you drive a little makes shifting easier .... www.blauparts.com would have all the stuff you need
