Default Proper low idle speed?

I have a 1990 100Q and the car tries to idle between 600-700 rpm. The car stays runing but its a little rough. I remember thinking the idle is supposed to be 800ish but I do not remember completely. If someone can tell me what its supposed to be and if there is a way to manually adjust a little bit I would appreciate it. The car is tune and has no vacuum leaks. The Idle Air Controller is functional as well. It just tries to run a little too low I think. That and if anyone has any thoughts on how the ski bag unit installs into the back seat I would appreciate it thanks!

Default RE: Proper low idle speed?

depends on the engine size
2.3 = 650 - 750 rpm
2.2t = 750 - 850
2.2 = 750 - 850
1.8 = 850 +/- 100 not adjustable

edit: ensure the oil dipstick is tight when in the engine if the O ring has rotted or not there it draws air in and that makes it run rough
