Default Please Help me

I own a 1993 Audi 100S with 2.8 6 cyl. The problem I am having is that it will not start. It will turn over till the battery goes dead but will not start. I have checked for spark and there isnt any. I have checked for fuel and everything seems to be in order there. I have also checked the timing belt and it turns when starter is cranked.

I have replaced the

Cam Position Sensor

The part before the coils I think its called an amplifier.

Still no spark I am Mechanically inclined but this is my first Audi.

I also tried pulling codes and none exist Comes up with 4444-No DTC's found

Please help so I dont have to send it to the stealership. Oh it also had a Remote start which I thought might be the problem so I removed it. Ask me any question I will do my best to answer. Thanks in advance for the help.

Well , thre is a pssibility of bad grounds, having a bently manual and checking the wiring from the ICM and crank sensor to the "computer" would give you some insight maybe
