Wanted to pick the brains of some of you knowledgable people...
Would love to get an audi 80 coupe as my daily runner (20,000 + miles a year)
However, as it is petrol, and big engined, the mpg will be too little to be able to financially be able to keep it on the road (ie. being between 22 and 32 mpg- at a guess)

So...was wondering if people have done either, lpg conversions, or, diesel engine conversions...

and if so, do these ever come up for sale??

Many folks have done some diesel swaps here in the states, but you might want to check with the local regulations first.
Some places this is not leagal.
