Default 94 cabriolet with temperature light on

The temperature light keeps coming on but the car is not overheating. Had the radiator flushed and filled but light keeps coming on. Could it be the water pump going bad? I found some anti-freeze on the driveway so now I think it's the water pump.
Thanks
it turned out to be just some clamps loose and letting the fluid out, so that did not cost anything!
Thanks

Yes it could very well be the water pump. I have a 98 and replaced it myself. Kind of complicated because you have to take out many parts to get to it but saved about $1200 in parts/labor because I replace the timing belt also. If you plan on DIY I can give you tips, if not be prepared to shell out around $1500 because its a good idea to have the timing belt replaced at the same time.
