My 1993 100CS Central Locking System was working fine. Yesterday I got a car wash, then had a key made (not by Audi) and I put the key in the door and it wouldnt turn, put the key in the ignition and it wouldn't turn. Then the key man did a little more grinding to the key and it went in the door and turned but all of a sudden the Central Locking System is BACKWARDS! WhenI turn the key in the direction that used to lock the doors the carbeeps, but then unlocks the doors. When I turn the key in the direction to unlock the doors (once) it unlocks thedriver door, but when Iturn it twiceall the doors lock! It is embarassing when the alarm goes off (opening the door after the car thinks it is locked).I tried de-icing (it is winter now). I tried blow-drying the lock. The Audi mechanic said they didn't know what is wrong... Any Help?
