1995 Cabriolet Check Engine light
Hello to all. here's my problem. I got a check engine light a week ago and after pulling the codes it gave me a 2342 o2 sensor 1 error. After replacing the sensor and resetting the error, the CEL went off....... so i thought. Now the CEL comes on when i am idle or stopped at a light (i can feel the engine start to run sluggish then the CEL)Once I get on the highway and the car warms up (i did28 miles), parked the car for about 10 minutes, drove back home without the CEL comming on. this only seems to happen when the car is not warm/at idle. This doesn't happen all the time.
Thanks

WOW, I had that ones, I freaked out. I stoped, and restarted the engine, and never had this problem again.
by restarting I mean, turn it off the engine, take out the keay and then start her up again.
just drive it slightly harder, like push it higher revs, and probably wont have this problem again.

u can check my DIY.
the thermostat is located behind the timing belt, on the pasanger side of the engine. its hard to get too, but if you do half of my DIY you can get to it. If any questions just IM me or PM or email.
thats for V6.
I dont know what engine do you have?
