Thanks for all of the info! The window explaination makes sense but I know we have seen that symbol or one close to it that means Ethanol. I think we'll stick with normal unleaded fuel anyway as this car has almost 182K on it and is still running great. Thanks again

The problem with using ethanol is not how it burns. The problem is that it will eat rubber components used in fuel systems. Flex fuel vehicles (cars desiegned to run a gas blend of 85% ehtanol) use a different kind of rubber for their fuel system components.
