2 more questions:

1: I get an error msg, the icon looks like a fountain. Does that mean I have low Gas
2: I cant seem to get the lock on the gas tank going. Is there a special trick to it... Once I unlock it, It just spins freely without coming off...

ARGH

1. is low windshield washer fluid
2. when its spins freely its locked assuming you have a key type cap if you do then the key stays in the cap and cant be removed until its back on and locked

Ive got the gas tank sorted out... But I am still having problems.... It just never stops with this car...

I change the battery with a brand new one. The car will wont start. It doesnt click, The engine starts reving but it doesnt catch. Could this be related to the Distributor rotor?.... What should I look at..

possibly the rotor button worn badly ( that's a carbon brush in the distributor housing ) also check the rotor arm for rusting as that's what wears the carbon brush away, keep in there mate you are making progress even if you don't think so

cylinder 1 is at the front not the fire wall, the black dot in the circle is cylinder 1 on the distributor and is counted clockwise as the arrow says 1-2-4-5-3
