What to Pay for 2011 A4 Premium Plus w/ Nav & Sport Package
I am interested in purchasing an A4 and received an offer from the dealership that I wanted to determine whether or not it was good.
I was given the option to buy the 2011 A4 Premium Plus w/ Navigation and Sport package (18") for roughly $42,890...The dealer offered to take off 1300 off sticker and also a fair value for my trade-in..Is this a good deal? Let me know thanks.

Yes I'm aware you are asking about 2011, thats why I pointed out mine was 2010.
You can use edmunds.com to calculate invoice price. Or if you have an AMEX card, use the AMEX car site to get no-hassle invoice pricing on any car, if they still offer it. For reference, my car was 41,800 MSRP, 38,987 invoice, dealer gave it to me for 38,499. Same car for 2011 is $41,930 MSRP, 39,057 invoice. So try to get it for 39k or less and you have a good deal.
I would email multiple dealers instead of visiting their lot. Or use edmunds to ask multiple dealers. You will increase your chances of getting a car for invoice or under. I found more than 2 dealers offering me under invoice in my area.

How 'bout a 2011 A5 Convertible?
I have one dealer trying to get MSRP from me, less the $1,500 Audi owner (loyalty) rebate. Now, what if I came in the dealership and claimed I'd never had an Audi? Maybe that's the ploy one should use. Then, once you get a decent price, then tell them about the Audi you already own! ;-)
Sure, if I really, really, needed the car, I'd be in a fix. But I could keep the existing 2006 convertible another year, and then try again. The winter is surely the best time to buy a convertible, to get a good price, no?!

I did fine with my final price, using truecar... fully $3,000 less than MSRP even before the $1500 rebate!! Like they say, shop around.
