I have 2009 A4 Premium + with Audi Symphony system.

I recently bought a SDHC card (16 GB) and tried putting some MP3 tracks on it. The MMI system says the card is "Unreadable". Has anyone else had this issue before?

What SD card model do you have exactly? I would:

1. Check to see if the card works in other devices (e.g. camera, laptop, tv, etc).
2. Check if other SD cards work in the car.

I personally have a 2012 A4 Prem+ (with B&O sound system) and I'm not having any problems with my Newegg.com - Transcend 32GB Secure Digital High-Capacity (SDHC) Flash Card Model TS32GSDHC6.

Necro bump! I came across this article from Google and just wanted to add:

Make sure you format your card as FAT or FAT32! NTFS and the Mac OS file system won't work in our radios!

 

I've read in the A4 manual that the concert system can only read a maximum of 4GB, which makes perfect sense if it's a 32bit system.

But if yours is symphony then maybe it's 64bit which means your card should work, might need reformatted to a compatible file format as mentioned in the post above.
