Hello,
Is it possible to replace Sirius radio unit with XM unit? Are they interchangeable? I have XM subscription and the unit from my 2006 A4 Avant (I bought XM unit separately) after I returned the car to the dealer when lease expired. I picked up 2009 A4 which has a Sirius unit. I don't want to pay for both services and I want to continue using XM service at home and on the net.

I too am more of a fan of XM, and now have Sirius with a recent purchase of an A4. Got the best of XM package, but it doesnt include all MLB games, etc. I would rather have XM. Wonder if you can get an XM mini-tuner installed behind the MMI head unit after market, and still use the MMI to interface with it?
