No start after battery drain
I have a 2008 A4 and recently the batter drained becase of I didn't drive it for few months. When I tried to jump start it using a battery booster (the one from costco with built-in batter), it won't start. Afterward, I recharged the battery in my car. Tried to start, still won't start. Do i need to reprogram the ECU?
Thanks for your help.

you must program the popular video game, tetris, into the ECU using the primative FORTRAN language. you can later play the game using your steering wheel. to drop the block quickly, honk the horn. the falling blocks will appear in the rear view mirror.
good luck. i made it to level 18.

ocrazy, there are a number of things that could cause your car not to start - not just the battery. If you have charged your battery, it might be something else. However, couple things that you might want to try before moving on to other troubleshooting. Try to jump start your car from another car that is running. Should give you enough power to turn it over. First, clean off the terminals on your dead battery with a wire brush or gentle sanding if they are corroded. When you connect the cars, be sure to attach the - to a piece of metal on the dead car... do not attach it to the - terminal on the dead battery. Last, turn the good car on and let it run for a minute or two to build up the charge in the dead battery, then try to start it. If the car starts, disconnect everything and let the dead car run for awhile. If that doesn't work, your battery might be low of fluid. Add some distilled water. You can look up how to do that.
Those are really the only things you can do for a battery, if that doesn't work your battery might be shot and ready for replacement (or mabe faulty if it's only a 2008.
If that doesn't work you should probably look for other problems...
