iPod/iPhone integration in 2009 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro

I know this topic has been discussed many times. But i want to get the latest and greatest info. I would like to install iPod/iPhone in my 2009 Audi A4 2.0T Quattro. Can the gurus here point to cheap and best things i need and where to get 'em. Appreciate your help.
