Factory Electronics
I apologize if this question seems rather new, but I am in the market for a new A4 - purchasing anywhere from 2 weeks to about 4 months (after reading about the December specials).
My question is this: The factory audio and navigation system seem really good, but there are after market systems that I find more appealing. I'm currently debating whether or not I should invest in the factory Audi systems, and was hoping the community might be able to provide some insight.
1. How hard is it to install after market stereo/navigation system into the Audi?
2. Is it possible to upgrade to the navigation system (either through Audi or using another manufacturer's equipment) after purchase?
3. Should I just suck it up and buy the package instead of wasting time worrying about upgrades after the fact?
Thank you again.

I heard the new A4's come with an optional Bang and Olufsen system. If that's true, get it. I stay away from aftermarket because it involved opening door panels and what not. B&O is fantastic stuff.
I'm not sure about the navi stuff.
