So my brother decided to get a new car and chose to get an Audi!! Great choice, right? He got a 2005 S4. It looks very sharp being all blacked out. I'm wanting to compare our cars to see which one has the best performance and by how much. We're going to race in the next couple days and I want to figure out how much he should beat me by. Like I said, he has an 05 S4 with a milltek exhaust with a GIAC chip installed. My car is a B8 A4 2.0t. I've got a K04 turbo, awe cat back exhaust, awe FMIC, awe downpipe, and a GIAC chip installed.

I'm wondering how you think our cars would match up. What's your thoughts?

 

It should be pretty close, I would think. If he were up upgrade to piggy pipes and a JHMotorsports tune, though, I don't think it would be as close.

 

I was thinking that it would be kinda close. I drove his car and it seems like it would be a good match up. The v8 compared to my 2.0t is a completely different feeling.

 

Isn't the V8 well over 300 hp ? What does a K04 2.0T supposed to make? I'm sure you car is fast, but I put my money on the S4. So tell us, who won?

 

If the tune is right, it should be about in the same HP territory as the S4. Plus, the S4 has aged some, so I'm sure some HP has been lost.
