Hi, i'm looking at buying an A4 1.8 tfsi 120 SE (the B8 model, around 08-09 plate).

I've read around this forum a little and inevitably discovered that some of the engines have oil consumption problems. On the threads i've seen, the 1.8 engine i'm after hasn't been mentioned, only 2.0L and 3.0L ones.

I just want to know if this problem is present with the model i'm looking at getting, has anyone had any experience with the 1.8 engine?
