FYI the grill is matte black trim. Not black chrome trim. To do black chrome trim and black chrome grill you have to buy two grills and split the pieces to make one all black chrome grill. I am not doing this but this is how you do it:

glossy black grille with silver surround: 8k0853651t94
matt black grille with glossy black surround: 8k0853651vmz

glossy black grille with glossy black surround will require both of the above, and switching surrounds

 

just installed the "vmz" stock number grill. Its gloss black chrome with matte black grill. Just how I wanted it. So those part numbers are all correct if you want to black out your A4 B8. I'll send you pics if you want to see it .... xstimuxATaol.com

 

$2,000 to switch the window moldings??? Am I reading it right? If so, that is a complete rip-off IMO.

I'd rather spend $2k for a StaSIS Flash, VAG-COM stuff, tail pipes, Steel pedals, top of the ceramic line tint and a $100 left for a nice dinner
