Winshield Wipers Cost Almost $100?!?

I got my OEM blades at the dealer (Atlantic Audi/VW in Egg Harbor Township, NJ) for about $42. They do work far superior to blades you would buy at any chain auto parts store. Ebay and Amazon are great too as some other people said.

Bosch Aerotwin
I just put on the Bosch Aerotwin (part #3397118933) on my 2005.5 A4 and it was easy. Only $32 (for a set) on Amazon. This is as cheap as any other option and the blades are great.

The OEM blades are the best I've ever had. They fit to the windshield without pressure points. Mine are the originals at 5 years old. Still in great shape. Never had wipers last this long. Occasionally clean them with windshield glass cleaner to get the wax from the car wash off.

Audi does not make wiper blades, buy Bosch blades, thats what Audi does
No he wasn't lying to you.... The only thing that doesn't seem right is the fact they had to order them.
An advisor or technician doesn't make any money replacing wiper blades. Trust me.
I'd have to replace 40 sets to make an 8 hour day.
Audi's contoured blades are better than anything you'll find at Autozone. They are cheaper for a reason. Cause they suck.

dealerships are always going to be more expensive, but theres a reason. they are better. just like brake pads and things of that nature. i work at a dealership and our wiper blades for the 2011/12 models are way up there. i couldnt tell you how many people come in with complaints of wipers not lasting or streaking and if you look, they arent factory. wither way, you spend the money now, they last x amount of time, or you buy a few sets of aftermarket ones and you spend the same money over the same time, just not all once. just my experience

Just an FYI, I got mine OEM from a dealer for $22 each. So... while some dealers will try to rip you off, some will give you a fair price. Also, you can tell the dealer that's ripping you off that you found them for 22 at another dealer, and try to lower the price that way.
I got mine at McGrath Audi in Glenview, IL
