thats an s-line grill that just put chrome strips on the vertical portions, looks good from 5 feet away when its just installed but depending on the chrome strips you use, it can look cheap close and also can look shitty pretty quickly.

 

Nah, that's an actual S4 grille. You can tell from the number/spacing of the slats. Your best way to get one is probably http://www.genuinevwaudiparts.com, assuming you're in the US, anyway. Or eBay if you can find one.
