Default A weird window problem

Hi all and thank you for reading this.

In short driver side windows do not work (front and back), while passenger side windows work fine.

Longer story:

I was involved in an accident where a car side swiped my driver side and my car had to go to the body shop for the left fender, driver door and rear door panels. Once I got it back (aside from a terrible paint job) everything seemed to work fine.

Over the weekend (like a fool) I left my fog lights on and it completely drained my battery. After jumping the car everything seemed to be fine until I realized I was unable to open the aforementioned windows.

Here are some of the things I tried:
1. I checked the fuses but it states that a fuse controls front windows and back windows (I swapped them to check but the problem persists)
2. Holding the key in the door in the unlocked position will unlock passenger side windows but not the driver side
3. In VAG-COM, when I press the buttons I can see that the signal is sent (auto/manual open/close) to the right window
4. When I click on the open the window nothing is heard, but when I click to close it, you can hear a sound like it's trying to close it but it's already closed
5. Had tons of codes when the battery failed, but after clearing them none have returned as of yet (only did this 30 min ago).

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Stevan

ps. Should have mentioned that my car is 2007 A4 2.0T S-Line Titanium Quattro
