Default weird exhaust rattle

ok, so this noise started yesterday when i was running some errands. did city and hwy driving and everything seems fine, but this rattling/tapping/vibrating noise happens when i put it in reverse. i think it does it a tiny bit when in drive and sitting still but its the most noticeable in reverse. i checked under the car in a parking lot but couldnt see anything wrong, im about to crawl under and get a better look with the belly pan off. just wanted to post and see if anyone had any idea what it could be. here a vid that has the sound, sorry its quiet just turn up the volume

ok i think i found the problem. it appears to me that the exhaust pipe is touching and rattling against a small cross member in the middle of the car. makes sense because it seems to be loudest in the middle of the car and the 'rough' idle in reverse would cause more rattling. i can see that the clamps are turned/broken, so i rotated it a lil bit so that it wasnt touching the cross member.
i guess now the question is what part of the exhaust is this? is there a joint here? i know i need to have it fixed but money it tight right now so itll have to wait. im wondering how serious this is because i know CO gas and exhaust fumes can be hazardous but i dont know if there is a leak or gap in the pipe/joint.

Default fixed exhaust clamp

i did it!!! i fixed myself today pretty easily. turns out that the clamps were rotted through and this caused an exhaust leak and rattled against the cross member. i used the diy above to figure out how this part worked and bought a new one online. i bought one from ECStuning but sadly they sent me the wrong one so im in the process of returning it. so i had to run out to the dealer and buy the factory part for $50. the correct clamp/sleeve has a 55mm diameter and ECS sent me one with a 60mm diameter. anyway, i was able to take off the old one and slide the new one on just by pushing the pipes to the side and i didnt have to take off the cross member (didnt have the right bit).
the new clamp/sleeve works great, no more rattle or exhaust leak!! yay!!
