Default Transparent, plastic film bra

How many here have experience with the transparent, plastic film bras that can be attached to the front of cars, as well as to mirrors, lower panels, and so on?

Thoughts on appearance, do they stay on, does it greatly complicate washing?

Discuss.

yeah they put it on most high end cars like ferrari's and lambos etc just to protect the front paint work from bugs, tar, and scratches from any debris that bounces off the road and might hit the front end of the car. its nearly impossible to tell unless you get up close and try and look for it and doesnt change the way you need to clean your car at all

I got one of the pr-cut ones from eBay and had nothing but trouble with it. First they sent me the wrong kit, then the second one didn't fit well. I have had experience with vinyl graphics in the past and this wasn't even close! I had the heat gun and everything and still couldn't do it. When I was a Waterfest I spoke to the clear bra guy and he told me it would cost $600 to $700 bucks to do my A4.

i can imagine its something like a normal window tint where you need the proper adhesives and tools to make sure theres no air bubbles within the flim
