A lot of people use Plastidip. I believe it comes in gloss and matte black. I imagine to paint either, you want to remove them from the car, paint, and then put back on. To take off the grille you have to take off the bumper. To take off the rear emblem just heat it up with a hair dryer and use some dental floss.

what are you looking to paint it? color matching your car? then go directly to audi and get the paint codes, theres a very well known automotoive brand i think its duplicolour and use that......

USE LOTS AND LOTS OF MASKING TAPE OR BLUE PAINTERS TAPE PLUS CARDBOARD for the back emblem take your time on this.....do not rush this.....and if you think that you can still get paint on the rear windshield or trunk and trust me put more cardboard shielding up and dont risk it

emacpaul is right for the front grill remove the bumper and then the grille

good luck n post pics

Most people like to use plastidip, as it can be easily peeled off. It might not adhere quite as well if you don't sand it first, but there is always the ability to peel off the paint if you want the chrome look again.
