Default New Audi Owner Questions

I'm new to the board and I just got my 2007 Audi A4 Friday 10/8/10 and I LOVE it, but have tons of questions.

It did NOT come with a manual or owners guide, is there any place I can get one?

I don't understand what any of the buttons on the air conditioner part do, a description of each of those buttons would be golden.

Where can I get copies of keys made?

Thank you

Auto: maintains the temperature you enter, runs the A/C.
Econ: runs the fan/heater only.

If you press and hold auto on one side for 3-5 seconds, the temperature on the other side gets locked to that side.

Thank you for clarifying. Is there any place I can see the manual?

You can get them, I just wish I could remember where. This question has been asked before, and I want to say I remember something about Bently, having them, but that might be repair manuals. I will keep looking to see if I can find the posts that will give the answer. I don't know about the keys. Even if you are able to get the keys elsewhere, you will still have to have Audi program them, and you will be charged for that.

As for the air, for total automatic operation, hit either Auto button. Now for the rest of the buttons. On the left of center, you will find the off, econ, and recirculate buttons. Right of center, you will find defroster vent, dash vent, and floor vent buttons. Defroster and floor vents are marked with arrows. Down below you will find the increase and decrease buttons for the temperature for both sides, and in the center, the increase/decrease buttons for fan speed. Hold the temperature increase button all the way til it says HI, and you get max heat with no cold mixed in. Hold the temperature decrease button all the way til it says LO, and you get max airconditioning without heat mixed in. Below all of that, you will find the heated seat dials if you have them, and the windshield defroster button by the drivers side seat heater control, and the rear window defroster by the passenger side seat heater control.
