Leaves and debris in Turbo Air Intake???
Hi
i noticed the other day that my 07 A4 had leaves and debris in the intake areas on the sides of the front bumper, behind the "fog/parking" lights....i called the dealer, but the advisor was clueless as to how to remove...looks to me like the job may involve major work...anyone know how to clean this out??? a vacuum??? powerwash???
thanks

RE: Leaves and debris in Turbo Air Intake???
those are the intercooler inlets... not air that enters the turbo... just air that passes over the intercoolers....
I used one of those long flexy devices that has the little center button on it that puts out the fingery type things to fish all that stuff out of there... I dont know if its something i would take to the dealer about... but personally i just check mine from time to time and if i see something i remove it... you'll get a lot in there especially in the fall when theres leaves everywhere on the roads... its nothing to crap your pants orshartover tho...
