hey guys i am new in here

i need help with rear sunroof drain hose. it is leak

i noticed a couple of days ago after car wash that both rear headliner corner

get wet. i am not sure it disconnected or clogged but i think it is

disconnected or damaged somehow. Water drains fine both side, i tested

myself

please give me an advice or DIY for rear drain hose replacement.

 

check with your local dealer about a service bulletin. depending on the model year and warranty of your car they may fix it for free.

 

Both my 2000 Jetta GLX and my 2006 Audi A4 got the service bulletin. Debris can build up and clog the drainage system. I actually periodically take my shop vac with the micro attachments and try to suck out the crud built up in drain tubes with it. But then, I don't open mine very much so there isn't much opportunity for stuff to build up in the drainage channels.
