Default fuel intake manifold PCV sensor warranty from AOA

Hi,

Just received the audi of america extended warranty for the fuel intake manifold and pcv sensor. Should I take it to the stealership or a audi tech at a private shop.

I found a great place that works on high end cars and had my tranny fluid changed for $250 and the car is shifting great.

any advise appreciated

Might as well take it to audi seeing as they will cover the cost of the repair...

Yeah, I received that a few weeks ago too. How does that work if you don't know the condition of your parts, and whether they need replacement. Are they gonna check them for free? Are they going to replace them anyway? If they haven't failed yet and you have them checked won't they charge you for it? I mean they can't possibly pay for you to go there and have it checked multiple times I wouldn't think. Let me know what they say if you go to the dealer.

I just got the letter today. I think if you throw the MIL and those parts need to be replaced they will pay the cost. It is not a recall where you take it up for a repair. I just did my PCV so I will submit for reimbursement.
