It took a little bit of back and forth with my dealership, but I was able to get both of my headlight assemblies completely replaced as part of the warranty to fix my flicker problem (and it was only occurring in my driver's side headlight). It's been over a year and no flickering.

You are on your own. My Stealer charged $800.00 to "Fix" the problem, and a year later they are doing it again. Claimed he replaced the bulbs and that it need to have the headlight re-aimed. Found out later that that happen automatically.
I really think it is just a loose connection, and plan to horse around with it this weekend. The bulbs are supposed to last 10X longer than halogen bulbs. I don't think mine were changed, I think they just went in a cleaned the connections at the bulb.

I have a 2005.5 and have been experiencing the same thing with my driver’s side headlight. It flickers intermittently. Sometimes the light will go out and I'll get the dipped headlight routine. If I turn the lights off for a few seconds and back on its fine. What's strange is that I can go for a few days with no issues. I reported this to NHTSA because it’s definitely a safety issue. I'm hoping this will result in a recall. If anyone is interested you can file a report on line at http://www.nhtsa.gov. Since my car is not under warranty the dealer wants $500 just to replace the blubs. If it’s the control module they want over $900. Ouch!
