Now plasti-dip all your chrome trim and it will match your grill. If you ever want to get rid of it it will peel right off. Yet it's super durable and stays on unless you want it off. Sounds like an oxymoron I guess. I like the grill though.

Yea plastidip is the schit, though I must admit I never thought about spraying the trim with it; great suggestion, thanks! Hell, maybe I'll do that this weekend

The ziza kit is nice, but beyond over priced. Hit up a fellow forum mate by the name emilgevor; he runs an online store www.krautoparts.com where you can get the whole interior kit with plate bulbs for $55. Super chill dude, way easy to work with. He's hooking me up with the interior kit for a discounted price cuz I already have the plate bulbs due to liking the construction of the ones I got better than just a simple festoon bulb- which is what comes in his kit- and was willing to pay the extra cash for those.

Not necessarily lower quality, no, just a different type of light output due to the festoon style relying more on reflection from the inside of the housing whereas the ones I got have all of the diodes directed outwards towards the plate. With the festoons, 2/3s of the diodes, being arranged on a cylinder, aren't emitting their photons directly outwards, where in the ones I got, the whole lens is filled with diodes so you get a more focused effect. The quality of construction is absolutely just as good, it just depends on what flavor of light output you're looking for.
